Sr. Executive - R&D
Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)
The R&D Executive – Process Metallurgy supports the development, optimization, and scale-up of metallurgical processes through structured experiments and plant trials. The role acts as a technical bridge between the R&D leadership team and ground-level working personnel, ensuring clear communication, accurate execution of trials, and effective transfer of R&D outcomes to production. This position contributes to improved efficiency, product quality, and operational reliability while minimizing technical risk and cost.
Key Result Area

Plan, design, and execute experiments in the R&D pilot plant. |

Perform metallurgical reaction balancing and process-related calculations. |
|
Analyze, interpret, and manage experimental and plant trial data. |
|
Demonstrate and explain plant trial procedures to production team. |
|
Support plant trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to production. |
|
Collect, analyze, and interpret operating data from plant trials. |
|
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Marketing, Procurement, and Maintenance teams. |
|
Assist in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. |
|
Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and records. |
|
Conduct SOP and safety training for operating personnel in the R&D pilot plant. |
