AGM - Civil Projects

Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)

Plan, direct, control and guide Civil Projects and Maintenance activities for plants and Buildings within budget, time and matching the quality standards, Statutory & EHS compliances & thereby efficiently maintain all manufacturing assets and infrastructure of the unit.

Key Result Area

  • Effectively managing plant maintenance works.
  • To develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program and ensure implementation accordingly.
  • Managing new requirement or modification

  • Ensuring EHS SOP’s and their required standards implementation in respective areas

    Cost Estimation and Creation of CPSR of new Projects.

    Regularly monitor Project budget.

    Effective planning & monitoring of Project development with cost, time & Quality.
